Thank you for downloading File Stitcher! File Stitcher is shareware and will run in a limited mode unless it is registered. Registration only costs $15.00.

GETTING STARTED:

The first time you run File Stitcher, you will need to click the "Agree" button on the end user license agreement. If the application has not been registered, you will be notified and the appication will run in a limited mode. Please purchase a registration. This window does not affect the operation of File Stitcher and will go away after the application has been purchased.

 

Usage

When the main window is shown on the screen, it will be populated with any files that were dragged to it's icon from the Finder. At this point in time, the user may also drag files in from the Finder to append them to the list of files. Since the files in the list may not be in the order one wishes, simply drag the items around to rearrange their stitching order. The user may also highlight files they wish to delete and hit the [del] or [backspace] keys.


Once satisfied with the files and their order, click the "Stitch the files" button, name the new file and click the "Save" button. File Stitcher's progress will be shown at the bottom of the window, replacing the "Stitch the files" button. That's it.

Tests

Pariahware has tested "stitching" over 200 files, totaling over 800MB of data.


Checking for new versions

File Stitcher will check for a new version once a day. In order to manually check for a new version of File Stitcher, simply start the application click on the Help menu and choose "Check for update...". If a new version is available, your web browser will open allowing you to download the new version.

Purchasing Registration

To purchase File Stitcher choose "Purchase Registration" from the Help menu. Your web browser will open for you to click on the PayPal button. After payment is made, our web site will e-mail you your registration information.

 

End User License Agreement (EULA)

As a convenience, Pariahware, Inc. has provided the EULA that was agreed to upon first launch.

 

LICENSE

Pariahware (Pariahware, Inc.) hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the software File Stitcher (the Software). 
For evaluation, the license is granted, and is not time-limited. However, usability is limited to merging only two documents at a time.
For registered release you have to pay a license fee, by following instructions prompted by the program. 
 
You may:  
- use the Software on any single computer;  
- use the Software on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not used simultaneously;  
- copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.  
 
You may not:  
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;  
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction),  
- create derivative works based on the Software;  
- copy the Software (except as specified above);  
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;  
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.  
 
TERMINATION.  
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.  
 
 
 
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  
The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is borne by you.  
Should the Software prove defective, you and not Pariahware assume the entire cost of any service and repair.  
 
PARIAHWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.  
 
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain in Pariahware. The Software is protected by international copyright treaties.
