Events
Title: A short description of the event.
Date: The date and time the event starts.
All day: Checked if the event doesn't have a specific time of day. For example, this would apply to a journal entry.
Duration: The length of the event specified in days, hours, and minutes. All day events can only be specified in days.
Group: The group that the event belongs to.
Priority: When more than one event with the same display style should be marked on same day, only the event with the highest priority will be used.
Details: A more detailed description of the event. This can include pictures, links, and other formating.
Reminder
When set to Display Relative to Event or Display at Specific Date & Time, PandoCalendar will open a window on top of all other windows open with the event start time and either the event title or a summary of the description.
Display Relative to Event: The day(s), hour(s), and minute(s) before or after the events start date & time that the reminder should be displayed.
Display at Specific Date & Time: An exact date & time that the reminder should be displayed.
Play Sound x Times: When the reminder is displayed play this sound a set number of times.
Recur If an event occurs more than once, like a birthday, you can specify that the frequency and pattern.
Every Day: Reoccur every day.
Every Week: Reoccur every week on the same weekday.
Every Month: Reoccur on the same day of every month.
Every Year: Reoccur on the same day of the same month every year.
Advanced Rule...: Opens a sheet allowing for a more complex recurrence rule. (See Advanced Recurrence Rule for more information.)
Stop: When, or if the recurrence rule should stop generating new occurrences of the event. The stop value can either be a cut off date, or after set number of occurrences have been generated.
