Q: Does the registered version of zxChart remove the copyright line that appears to the left of all generated charts?

A: Yes, we will send You SWF files without the side label after registration. The Normal license (15$) allow You get all following versionswithout additional payment.

Q: How can I change chart size?

A: It is not possible to dinamically change a size of flash scene. The chart.swf can display only a chart 400x300 pt.

Q: Do you have visual editor of styles?

A: Yes, zxChart Style Editor distribute with zxChart. You can find its at the folder StyleEditor.

Q: Can I move my chart from Windows to Unix server? What I should change in the my files?

A: You can move chart to any server without any changes. Just copy files to other server.

Q: I try to change Font face for left and right chart comment in the style file (&tLFont, &tRFont). But there is no effect. Why?

Q: How to change the format of numbers?

A: You can change the format of numbers by following parameters at style file:

  • numFormatPoint - Decimal point (point or coma)
  • numFormatSeparator - Thousand separator
  • numFormatRound - Rounding (significant digits after decimal point)

Q: I am the registered user. How I can order SWF file for the diagram of not standard size?

A: Just send e-mail to support@ankord.com and specify the list of necessary sizes. We will send you files during a few clock.
